With all this talk about the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) getting tough on Iran, it is good to remember that being a signatory is voluntary. One nuclear armed country that is noticeably absent from signing is Israel. So you won't ever see any IAEA inspectors inspecting the Dimona nuclear reactor or nearby plutonium reprocessing plant. Nor will you find any inspectors at the nuclear weapons storage facilities in Tirosh or in Eilabun, at their Livermore Labs type nuclear weapons research facility in Soreq, or at their nuclear weapon production facilities in Rafael or Palmikim. You also won't ever see the United States pressing the IAEA to monitor Israeli nuclear facilities. Bush and the U.S. Congress have strict orders from Ehud Olmert not to call any attention to Israeli nuclear capabilities.

Since Israel has not signed the nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) either, they freely make various types of nuclear weapons such as neutron bombs, nuclear landmines and nuclear armed missiles for their submarines and F-16s. They are experts in making micro nuclear devices (micro nuclear devices only emit alpha radiation that is invisible to standard geiger counters) which can simulate a terrorist bomb (Mossad loves them). It has also been reported Israel possesses hydrogen bombs, the most devastating weapon on the planet.

Israel's policy of hiding in the shadows with their nuclear weapons while signatories of the treaties get scrutinized has so far worked quite well for them.

Indeed another attack is coming. It is outlined in the CFR's [Council on Foreign Relations] report: http://www.cfr.org/pdf/Homeland_TF.pdf I haven't read it since it went into PDF so it may have been redacted. Essentially, there is going to be a big attack in the US that will kill maybe 20-80% of a city. Yes, hard to believe. However the CFR is 100% so far. Their March 15, 2001 report was not only released 6 months before Sept. 11 but it accurately describes an attack saying "Americans will die on American soil, possibly in large numbers". This latest report is also written by Hart/Rudman, though a previous head of the Coast Guard headlines it. Don't be fooled the CFR has been making plans now for years.
